How to verify your business

Step 1: Complete your business profile

Before you can verify, make sure your profile has:

• Business name
• Official website
• Business email on the same domain as your website
• Industry and short description
• Brand logo (this is what will show in client widgets representing your business)

Step 2: Confirm your business email

We'll send a verification link to the business email you provided. The email has to be on the same domain as your official website (so info@yourbusiness.com if your site is yourbusiness.com). Free inboxes like Gmail or Yahoo won't work for verification.

Step 3: Automatic website check

Once you confirm the email, we check that the website is live, reachable, and looks like a real business presence. This usually happens within a few minutes.

Step 4: Keep your info up to date

If your domain, email, or business details change, update them in your profile. We re-check verification periodically, and an unreachable website or broken email can cause your verified status to drop.
