Add the LinkToast widget to Framer

Add an Embed component, paste the script tag, and publish. Framer serves the embed on your published URL and Studio keeps the widget current.

Prerequisites

  • An active LinkToast account
  • A published widget in Studio
  • Edit access to the Framer project

Step-by-step

  1. Publish your widget in Studio

Publish in Studio and copy the embed snippet from the Code button.

  2. Insert an Embed component

In Framer, add an Embed from the insert menu. Resize the frame to the width you want on the canvas.

  3. Paste the script tag

Open the Embed settings and paste the embed snippet from Studio into the HTML field. Framer renders custom HTML on publish.

  4. Publish the Framer site

Publish or update your site. Open the production URL and confirm the widget loads. Changes you publish in Studio appear without editing the Embed again.

Troubleshooting

The Embed is blank in the Framer canvas.
Framer may not execute third-party scripts in the editor. Publish to a preview or production URL to verify the widget.
The widget is clipped inside the frame.
Increase the Embed height on the canvas or set the parent stack to allow vertical growth. The iframe height updates after load.
I need the widget on every page.
Place the Embed on a shared layout component or footer symbol so it repeats across routes without duplicating the script.
